- When placing an order, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will secure your space. This ensures your date is reserved and protects my time as well. When you order and then cancel at the last minute, this leads to revenue loss for my business as I have declined potential orders while holding your spot.
- Because life happens, sometimes an order needs to be cancelled, and that’s okay!! If you need to cancel your order, your deposit will roll over to ONE other available date in the future.
- Please adhere to the agreed-upon pick up time.
- If you’re ordering for pick up on a Saturday or Sunday, please make arrangements to be ready for pick up BY noon.
- Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our cake decorator. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
- If you need your cake to be delivered, there will be a delivery fee of $10 incurred ($20 for east end services). Delivery is subject to availability.
- If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly. Once the cake leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
